Installation Steps

Step 1: Download IBO Player

Go to your device's app store and search for "IBO Player" or "IBO Player Pro". Download and install the application.

  • Android: Open Google Play Store, search "IBO Player", tap Install
  • Fire TV Stick: Go to Amazon Appstore, search "IBO Player", click Get
  • Samsung TV: Open Samsung Apps, search "IBO Player", select Install
  • LG TV: Open LG Content Store, search "IBO Player", click Install
  • iOS / Apple TV: Open App Store, search "IBO Player", tap Get

Step 2: Get Your Device ID & Key

After installing and opening IBO Player for the first time, the app will display a Device ID and Key on the screen. These are unique identifiers for your device.

  1. Open IBO Player on your device
  2. On the main screen, you will see your Device ID (e.g., XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX)
  3. Note down or take a screenshot of this Device ID

Step 3: Send Your Device ID to MoxoTV

Contact MoxoTV support with your Device ID to activate your playlist:

Our team will remotely activate your playlist within minutes. No URL or M3U link is needed -- IBO Player uses remote activation.

Step 4: Start Watching

  1. Once our team confirms activation, close and reopen IBO Player
  2. Your channel list will load automatically
  3. Browse through categories: Live TV, Movies, Series
  4. Select any channel and enjoy streaming!

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues, try these solutions:

  • Channels not loading: Close and reopen the app. Check your internet connection.
  • Buffering: Ensure stable internet (minimum 10 Mbps recommended). Try connecting via ethernet instead of WiFi.
  • App crashes: Clear the app cache and restart your device.
  • No EPG data: Go to Settings and refresh the EPG guide.
